This is our standard corporate binder. It features five different colors, all with matching slipcases, black or blue with gold or silver stamping, burgundy, green and burgundy & black with gold stamping. The entity name is stamped on the spine of the binder, either horizontal, vertical straight or vertical sideways. The inside front cover has our exclusive pockets that hold additional paperwork and forms, as well as two business cards and a CD.
The binder comes equipped with a 3 "D" metal ring with easy to open tabs allowing easy access to your documents without compromising security, neatness, and organization. Also, this binder comes with a hand embossing seal with the company information on it, as well as a seal pouch to house your seal and keep it protected when not in use.

* When filling out this order form a "*" to the left of the option indicates Required Fields listed below.
* Type the Name of Incorporation exactly as you wish it to appear on the Stock Certificates, Seal & Binder.
* Mo. Day, Yr. required for CA and HI only; all other States Year only applies.
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
