This Corporate Kit is designed as a self-contained housing unit which gives you a completed Kit look without the use of a slipcase.
This heavy duty binder will protect all your important documents and paperwork with its 3 "D" ring metal and its sturdy casing.
The entity name is hand stamped on the spine of the binder in gold, giving it a very nice and classy look to it.
The seal also comes with a pouch that matches the color of the binder to house and protect the seal and give the kit a complete and stylish look.
This Kit comes in your choice of two colors: Burgundy or Black.

* When filling out this order form a "*" to the left of the option indicates Required Fields listed below in the corporate kit order form.
* Type Entity Name exactly as you wish it to appear on the Stock Certificates & Binder.
* Year always applies for your corporate kit, except for California and Hawaii which require Mo. Day, Yr.
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Stock Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
