This is our standard Non Profit Binder. It features seven different colors, all with matching slipcases. The entity name is stamped on the spine of the binder, either Horizontal, Vertical Straight or Vertical SIdeways.
The inside front cover has our exclusive pockets that hold additional paperwork and forms, as well as two business cards and a CD.
The binder comes equipped  with a 3 "D" locking metal ring with easy to open tabs allowing easy access to your documents without compromising security, neatness, and organization.
Also, this binder comes with a hand embossing seal with the Company's information on it, as well as a seal pouch to house your seal and keep it protected when not in use.
This binder comes in many different colors: Black with Gold, Black with Silver, Blue, Burgundy, Green, Burgundy&Black.

* When filling out this order form a "*" to the left of the option indicates Required Fields listed below in the corporate kit order form.
* Type Entity Name exactly as you wish it to appear on the Stock Certificates & Binder.
* Year always applies for your corporate kit, except for California and Hawaii which require Mo. Day, Yr.
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Stock Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.

This Vinyl binder comes with a matching slipcase. It features a Gold Leaf Label Holder on the Spine which contains the printed Entity Name.
It also features an exclusive pocket on the inside cover which allows for extra storage to hold additional paperwork and forms, along with two business cards and a CD.
