EZ Snap Corporate Kit

*The EZ Snap Corporate Kit comes with a 3/8" Snap-lock spine and a heavy duty Pajco cover set.
*When ordering over 20 additional stock certificates, the 3/8” spine will be replaced with a 3/4” at no additional charge.
Each EZ Snap Kit Includes:
- 10 Customized stock certificates, high quality paper with 24lb thickness and watermark.
- Heavy duty cover set with snap-lock spine. Entity name label affixed to spine.
- Plain minute paper. Printed minutes and Bylaws for an additional fee.
- Seven position corporate tabs.
- Stock Transfer Ledger.
- Custom Gold Die Cut Corporate Seals
- (Optional) Single entity PDF/multiple entity Word bylaws on disk. (When selecting either option you will receive plain minute paper instead of the printed bylaws.)

Order Form Instructions:
*When filling out this order form a "*" to the left of the option indicates Required Fields listed below in the corporate kit order form.
*Type Name of Entity exactly as you wish it to appear on the Stock Certificates.
*Year only applies for your corporate kit, except for California and Hawaii which require the Month, Day, and Year.
*Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Stock Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
